THEME: DEATH DESTROYED
M. Hope of Resurrection (Job 19:23-27)
T. Resurrection Foretold (Psalm 16:8-11)
W. Order of Resurrection (John 5:24-29)
T. Promise of Resurrection (John 11:23-26)
F. Resurrection of Believers (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18)
S. Resurrection of the Dead (Revelation 20:4-6, 11-15)
Christ’s victory over death is the foundation of our hope in the Resurrection. Death no longer has power over those who are in Christ, for He has conquered sin and death through His sacrifice on the cross and His victory over the empty tomb.
This victory of Christ frees us from the fear of death and enables us to live transformed lives in the present. Knowing our work in God’s kingdom will have eternal consequences, we are motivated to live with integrity, courage, and hope in a world often in disarray and chaos.
Jesus’ resurrection also has profound implications for our identity and purpose. As descendants of Adam, we share in his sinful and mortal nature. However, as believers in Christ, we participate in His divine nature and are destined for eternal life in His kingdom.
Finally, Christ’s resurrection offers us comfort and hope during pain and suffering. In life, we face sickness, loss, injustice, and tribulation. However, the promise of our resurrection assures us these sufferings are temporary, and we will be completely and forever set free.

Join us every Saturday at 9 AM as we come together in faith and fellowship. Through intercessory prayer, we carry one another’s burdens and invite God’s presence into every situation. We invite you to answer this sacred calling and experience the life-changing power of collective prayer.

Join us live for worship. We are glad you are here! From the rising of the sun to its setting, the name of the Lord is to be praised. Let us worship Him together.

Baptism represents identification with Christ: Baptism mirrors Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection.
Going under the water symbolizes dying to sin; rising represents a new life in Him.
Sign up for our Pre-Baptism Discipleship Session! This meeting is designed to help you get fully prepared and to provide a confidential space for all your questions to be answered.

Water Baptism Ceremony
There is absolutely nothing more powerful than witnessing our brothers and sisters take the life-changing, transformative step of water baptism! It was, without a doubt, the absolute highlight of our time together as a church family.
Pastor McKay shared an inspiring message on the true meaning of this milestone. He reminded us that while the water itself isn't the source of our salvation, baptism is a vital act of obedience and a courageous public declaration of faith.
"Baptism is the outward sign of an inward change, a beautiful way to tell the world that you belong to God!"
If you missed the ceremony or simply want to relive the moment, you can watch the recap of our newest believers' journey below.
In this sermon, Pastor McKay urges listeners to fulfill the "promises of democracy" by rising above segregation and racism. Emphasizing Christian values, the message states that love for one another is a divine requirement that should lead to a unified path of justice.
36 But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad as sheep having no shepherd. 37 then saith he unto his disciples, the harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; 38 Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.

In 2010, DOCCF took a bold step of faith and purchased its land, and just two years later, we joyfully celebrated paying it off! Construction of our Phase 1 - church building commenced in 2018, and by August 2019, our congregation had stepped into its beautiful new home with hearts full of praise.
In 2020, we added a peaceful prayer garden, a sacred space for reflection and renewal. Then in 2022, we dreamed even bigger, submitting plans for a 6,000-square-foot picnic pavilion designed to foster fellowship, laughter, and lasting community connections.
And the celebration didn’t stop there, because in January 2024, we made our final loan payment for Phase 1! The church is officially paid off, and we’re stepping boldly into the future, as the construction continues for Phase 2 - Picnic Pavilion, paying as we go, debt-free.

The church is officially paid off.
Thanks to your prayers, support, and unwavering faith, our journey is underway. Walls have gone up, foundations have been laid, and the vision is becoming reality. This is more than construction; it’s a movement of hope, unity, and growth.
